Devindran began his career in the Automotive industry in 1990, beginning in the UK and then Malaysia, having worked with global OEMs , Distributors & Franchises specializing in Aftersales Operations across the value-chain including Importership, Distributorship and the Retail environment. Devindran's last position held in the corporate world was Head Aftersales, Malaysian Region, Sime Darby Motors. Overseeing brands like Ford, Land Rover, Alfa, Hertz, BMW, MINI, Porsche, Hyundai and BMW Motorrad. Strong experience across the entire value chain. He is the Founder & Managing Director of his own company, ACS AsiaPac Sdn Bhd; a wholistic Automotive Consulting Services firm focusing on Aftersales & Sales Consulting Coaching and Training with frequent engagements for Market Research too! However, Dev is most passionate about raising the overall image of the Aftersales stakeholders. He lives and breathes his tagline “Aftersales Before Sales”

With 14 years in the Automotive industry he covered most areas of the automotive value chain; sales, marketing, distribution and while having experience at both, dealer and importer levels. Hector spent 7 years at Auto Bavaria (Sime Darby), starting in sales and marketing then progressing to take on the role as the Dealer Principal of BMW, MINI and Motorrad. Being sought after, he moved on to NAZA World Group of Companies where he culminated his corporate career as Senior Vice President, Automotive Division.
