Being part of UMW Toyota Motor aftersales team has developed him to be an expert in problem solving techniques in Safety, Quality & Productivity. His journey began in warehouse operations by improving storage efficiency, then worked his way up to lead Total Malaysia parts warehouses including Sabah & Sarawak. His career soon expanded into Procurement & Inventory Control, Project Management of Service Parts Readiness, Dealer Development Program, Network Operation Support and finally assigned to manage divisional expenses to maximize profitability. He is passionate about eliminating wastage and people development to achieve business results. |

Hector spent 7 years at Auto Bavaria (Sime Darby), starting in sales and marketing then progressing to take on the role as the Dealer Principal of BMW, MINI and Motorrad. Being sought after, he moved on to NAZA World Group of Companies where he culminated his corporate career as Senior Vice President, Automotive Division.

Mohan is adept at running Customers outreach programs and shop talks for Aftersales; as well as managing warranty claims and Service Technical & Recall Campaigns timely. He has a passion for Maximizing Service Technicians Time Analysis on Efficiency, Productivity and Proficiency by managing staff recognition training programs. Mohan’s last position held in the automotive corporate world was as Head of Aftersales at Harley-Davidson Dealership for a decade. He has solid experience on expanding and setting up new Franchise 3S Center Distributorship in Malaysia.

Located in Jakarta, Zakaria has had 39 years experience in the automotive industry, most recently working together with BMW Indonesia. Being self-motivated and KPI driven, Zakaria is capable and result oriented in business analysis, benchmarking, improving standard processes and business enhancement to obtain highest aftersales contribution and customer satisfaction. Zakaria’s premium car experience has been in Mercedes Benz & BMW; beginning his automotive career as technician in Mercedes Benz until Regional Manager, Aftersales upon his retirement from BMW Group. Zakaria’s vast and diverse experience in Aftersales is a tremendous asset in building and equipment consultancy for Service, Body and Paint which is particularly useful in setting up of new dealerships. Zakaria is adept at adapting foreign standard process to requirement as well as supporting retail performance management projects. |
Maj Hasbullah bin Zakariah (rtd) |
Maj Hasbullah has been directly involved in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations since his days in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Corps (REME) of the Malaysian Army. He was actively involved in up suiting the Army in their mission to United Nations especially in the Bosnia and Somalia conflicts in early 90’s. Rama has amassed over 35 years of hand-on experience working in Production to Fixed Operations. Rama engineered his way across the length and breadth of the automotive industry, gaining exposure from the iconic engine plants of Massey Fergusons to the passenger car industry. He held numerous Senior Management roles in planning, motivating and coordinating dealership management through exemplary leadership and solid business practices. Rama played a key role in the early success of Ford in Malaysia raising up the ranks Head of Parts& Service Operations in the country. Nadzrin has, in the last 20 years, facilitated almost 12,000 hours of soft skills programs at both middle and upper management levels. His career in communication has spanned customer service, journalism, marketing, public relations, event management and eventually learning. He is an associate trainer with ACS AsiaPac Sdn Bhd. He has incredible energy and is driven to constantly improve himself. He has acquired many accreditations in all manner of soft-skills techniques as well as exercise. Robert’s 30 year career in the electronics industry spanned 30 years from then where he first joined CARSEM and then to MECOMB INDUSTRIES (Sime Darby). Robert displays and delivers meticulous competence and responsible management in technical projects assigned to him. She progressed up to the rank of Junior Assistant Officer in Office Automation, then the leading edge of administrative technology. She then broadened her scope of experience to legal and the insurance industry with ING INSURANCE, in the area of administrative expertise and public speaking. |
